FiiO BTR11 (white)

The BTR11 turns any wired earphone or headphone with a 3.5 mm plug into a Bluetooth headset: clip it to your collar or bag, plug in your earphones and pair it with your phone. It receives LDAC, AAC and SBC through a BES2700 chip with Bluetooth 5.3, so an Android phone with LDAC can send more detail than standard Bluetooth, while an iPhone uses AAC. A separate headphone amplifier delivers up to 45 mW into 16 Ω, enough for most earphones. The built-in microphone with call noise reduction handles phone calls, a double press calls up your phone's voice assistant, and it remembers two paired devices. FiiO rates the battery at about 15 hours with AAC and about 8.5 hours with LDAC, and it weighs about 13 g including the clip. This is the white version; apart from the colour it is the same as the black BTR11.

• LDAC, AAC and SBC over Bluetooth 5.3
• About 15 h battery (AAC), 8.5 h (LDAC)
• Built-in mic, about 13 g with clip
