Sound signature

Bass-heavy

Big, physical low end for electronic and hip-hop.

Read from the measurement above: bass and treble compared with Harman IE 2019. One curve gives an indication, not the final word.

Bass-forward, and it goes deep: from 20 Hz all the way to 250 Hz the EDX Pro stays 3 to 5 dB above the target, so kick drums and synth bass have real weight. The mids sit close to the target, with a small dip around 3 kHz and a lift around 5 kHz that keeps the sound fresh. A good match for hip-hop, EDM and pop; if you prefer a tight, modest low end, pick another model.
