- Order before 16:00 on a working day, delivered the next day. Free over €50, otherwise €4.95.
- Germany
- One to two working days.
- Supplier stock
- Products marked “delivered in 2–5 working days” ship from our distributor’s warehouse.
- Packaging
- Recycled cardboard, no plastic fill. Discreet outer box.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery. That's longer than the legal 14.
- Condition
- Opened and listened to is fine. For hygiene, include all ear tips; new tips are in the box.
- Refund
- Within three working days after we receive it, to your original payment method.
Warranty
- Term
- 2 years on everything, longer where the manufacturer offers it.
- Who handles it
- We do. Send it to us; we deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to.
