About Aurel Audio

Why this shop

Audio is often sold with big words: crystal clear, deep bass, studio quality. That doesn't help much when you have to choose. We'd rather show what a product does: the specifications, what's in the box and, where an independent measurement exists, the frequency graph with its source.

We also say so when something isn't perfect. An IEM with a lot of bass is fun for electronic music, but not for someone who mostly listens to acoustic recordings. Then that's simply what the page says.

How we work

• We only sell products we can actually deliver. What we have in stock we ship ourselves from the Netherlands: order before 16:00 and it arrives tomorrow.
• Some products we order from a Dutch or European distributor. Those clearly show a longer delivery time.
• Frequency graphs come from independent reviewers, credited by name and source. We never draw a curve ourselves or make up measurements.
• Reviews only come from people who bought the product from us. No bought stars.
• You get 30 days to change your mind and a 2-year warranty. We handle that warranty, not a factory on the other side of the world.
