These terms apply to every offer we make and every order you place as a consumer through this website. You can read, save and print them before ordering. Your order confirmation links to this page.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see shipping costs and any surcharges before you pay.

We keep product information, photos and specifications as accurate as we can. Obvious mistakes in our offer, such as a clearly wrong price, do not bind us.

The contract is made when you complete your order and pay. You receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

If we can’t fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available or we suspect fraud, we tell you as soon as possible and refund everything within 14 days.

You pay in advance through our payment provider Mollie, with iDEAL, Bancontact, card, PayPal or Klarna. We never see or store your bank or card details.

If you choose Klarna, Klarna’s terms apply as well.

We deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany to the address you give us. In-stock products ordered on a working day before 16:00 ship the same day. For products that come from our distributor, the delivery time is shown with the product.

Delivery times are estimates. If we can’t deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order free of charge and we refund you within 14 days.

Until the parcel is delivered to you (or to a pick-up point or a person you name), the risk of loss or damage is ours.

By law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. With us you get longer: 30 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, receive the product.

To withdraw, tell us within that period by email (hallo@aurelaudio.nl) or with the model form at the bottom of this page. Then send the product back within 14 days. We send you a return label; returns are free.

We refund the full amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, to the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the product back or you show that you sent it. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard, we don’t refund the difference.

You may try the product as you would in a shop: unpacking and listening is fine. Send it back complete, with all accessories and ear tips. If you use it more than needed to judge it and it loses value as a result, we may charge for that loss.

A product must do what you may reasonably expect. If it doesn’t, the law gives you the right to repair, replacement or a (partial) refund, also when the fault only shows later.

On top of that we give a 2-year warranty on everything we sell, longer where the manufacturer offers it. You send the product to us; we deal with the manufacturer. Damage from accidents, misuse or your own repairs is not covered.

This warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

If you have a complaint, email us at hallo@aurelaudio.nl with your order number. We confirm receipt within one working day and give a full answer within 14 days.

If we can’t resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court.

We are liable for damage we caused, as set out by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.

Dutch law applies to these terms and your order. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country’s law.
