FiiO K7

The K7 is a compact desktop DAC and headphone amplifier that FiiO built as the entry point to its balanced desktop range, using the same circuit layout as the more expensive K9 Pro. Each channel has its own AKM AK4493SEQ DAC, and the signal stays fully balanced through filtering, volume control and amplification. Two THX AAA 788+ amplifiers deliver up to 2000 mW into 32 Ω from the 4.4 mm balanced output and 1220 mW from the 6.35 mm jack, with high and low gain for anything from IEMs to high-impedance headphones. It takes USB, optical, coaxial and analogue RCA inputs, and a button switches the output between headphones, the RCA line output for active speakers, and DAC-only use. The aluminium case is 55 mm high and takes up less than a third of an A4 sheet on your desk; it runs on the included 12 V power adapter.
