Overview
The DC-Elite is iBasso's top USB-C dongle DAC and headphone amplifier, which according to iBasso brings the sound of its DX320MAX player to a portable dongle. It uses a ROHM BD34301EKV DAC and plays PCM up to 768 kHz/32-bit and DSD512, with an efficient design that iBasso says doesn't drain the battery of your phone or laptop more than needed. It has a balanced 4.4 mm output and a single-ended 3.5 mm output, which can also be used as an S/PDIF output. You set volume and options with a jog dial and touch controls on the device. A leather case and cables for USB-C and Lightning are included. Note: iBasso says the iPhone 17 models currently don't supply enough USB power for the DC-Elite.
