Overview
The DX1 II is a compact desktop DAC and headphone amplifier with an ESS ES9039Q2M DAC and XMOS XU316 USB receiver, decoding PCM up to 384 kHz and DSD256. Its fully balanced amplifier delivers up to 1000 mW × 2 into 32 Ω from the 4.4 mm output, and the noise floor is below 0.9 µVrms for sensitive IEMs. A 10-band PEQ, optical in/out, RCA and 4.4 mm line outputs and a 3.5 mm headset jack with microphone input make it suitable for gaming too.
