These small adapters have an MMCX socket on one side and 0.78 mm 2-pin pins on the other. Click your MMCX cable into them and plug them into an IEM with 2-pin sockets, so one good cable works with both types of earphone. Each adapter is about 10.75 mm long and 6.5 mm across.
